We are looking for a full-time** Site Superintendent** to join our team

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role includes:

- Coordination of all sub-trades, ensuring accuracy of work in accordance with construction plans;
- Working alongside the Maintenance department to ensure delivery of equipment and material;
- Oversight of all site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Scheduling meetings and completing the appropriate field paperwork; and
- Communicating on a daily basis with the Project Manager regarding the ongoing status of the project

**What You Bring**
- Prior experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Site Superintendent position
- The ability to read and understand drawings
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
- The ability to manage tasks/projects in a deadline-driven environment
- A Class G license, and the ability to travel between sites and offices as necessary
