Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Site Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all sub-trades, ensuring accuracy of work in accordance with construction plans, and working alongside the Maintenance department to ensure delivery of equipment and material.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all sub-trades to ensure accuracy of work in accordance with construction plans;
- Work alongside the Maintenance department to ensure delivery of equipment and material;
- Oversight of all site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Scheduling meetings and completing the appropriate field paperwork;
- Communicating on a daily basis with the Project Manager regarding the ongoing status of the project;
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Site Superintendent position;
- The ability to read and understand drawings;
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties;
- The ability to manage tasks/projects in a deadline-driven environment;
- A Class G license, and the ability to travel between sites and offices as necessary;
