Position Overview

As our Studio Manager, you’ll be the essential bridge between our space, tenants, and community. This role combines facility management expertise with strong administrative skills, requiring an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work with a variety of clients, contractors, and tenants. You’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions within clear boundaries, overseeing our space’s budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance, while also delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- **Facility Management & Scheduling**: Coordinate and maintain scheduling for tenants and clients, ensuring smooth facility use and efficient resource allocation.
- **Contractor & Tenant Relationships**: Build positive relationships with regular contractors, tenants, and occasional space users, welcoming them into a professional, home-like environment.
- **Facility Maintenance & Organization**: Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained space; manage inventory levels and monitor necessary repairs or updates.
- **Systems Oversight**: Use tools such as Google Suite and Smartsheet to streamline scheduling, track expenses, and support efficient workflows.
- **Client & Community Engagement**: Act as the welcoming face of The Forum, creating a positive first impression, addressing inquiries, and ensuring each interaction aligns with our values.
- **Financial Management**: Handle payments, track incoming revenue, process invoices, and oversee expense tracking to ensure adherence to budget targets.

What We’re Looking For
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in facility management, property management, or a similar operational role; experience with scheduling and budget management tools is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and comfort with digital tools such as Google Suite and Smartsheet.
- **Soft Skills**: Ability to work autonomously, make decisions confidently within given boundaries, and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
