Pilates Instructor

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates exercises to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients and addressing their individual needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by maintaining class schedules and ensuring sessions start and end on time.
- Exhibit leadership qualities by guiding clients through workouts, offering modifications as needed, and encouraging them to push their limits safely. Work on a team with other instructors to support each other and sub classes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition for use.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
- Ability to educate participants on Pilates principles while providing motivation and support throughout classes.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient class operations.
- Leadership experience or qualities that inspire confidence in clients during workouts.
- A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of Pilates instruction.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
