Whiterose Janitorial Services Ltd. began in 1986 with a commitment to quality and customer service. Since then, our company has grown to provide a full range of turnkey cleaning and building maintenance services across the GTA.

**What you will do**

We are looking for an Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with new customers. The Account Executive's role is to oversee portfolio growth in the form of new clients, as well as developing new business from existing clients.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Perform strategic planning to achieve business sales results.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prospect new clients and outreach of each
- Expand business through adoption of new offering’s and long-term customer satisfaction
- Exceed monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales targets
- Develop a strong knowledge of the market, and products
- Quote projects and create official proposals
- Create and submit occasional tenders within our core competencies
- Ability to understand, and quickly react to the changing industry landscape
- Update CRM throughout each stage of the sales cycle
- Provide market feedback and input to adjust sales strategy when necessary

- An entrepreneurial leader with the mindset to manage and grow their business portfolio

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in a high-performance sales environment
- Relevant experience in the Property Management industry is a “nice to have”; but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in strategic prospecting and outreach
- Work experience with Google Suite and CRM
