Executive Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized executive assistant to join our team at Aloura Lounge. As an executive assistant, you will support the owner with various administrative and operational tasks, such as packing orders, creating social media content, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business.
**Responsibilities**
- Pack and ship orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and post engaging and relevant social media content on various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Manage and update inventory records and order supplies as needed
- Assist the owner with scheduling, correspondence, research, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of our business operations and customer experience
- Help plan, set up, & attend any events. Including pop ups, photoshoots, etc.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate and enthusiastic about social media, e-commerce, loungewear, fashion.
