We are looking for a responsible Accounting Assistant/ bookkeeper to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Full-time or part-time availability.

Duties of the role include providing support to accounting staff and managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting assistance
- Run and Organize front office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled accounting reports
- Assist with bookkeeping and payroll
- Maintain our filing system
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Reconcile field time and expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience in accounting/ bookkeeping, office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (MS Excel, Word, Etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; Accounting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
