New Homes Sales Manager and Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate with sales specialists
- Conduct sales consultations with potential home buyers
- Provide information about available homes, features, and pricing
- Assist buyers in selecting the right home for their needs and budget
- Guide buyers through the home purchasing process, including contract signing and financing options
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and online tools to reach potential buyers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze data and use analytics tools to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and brokers
- Coordinate and attend open houses, events, and other promotional activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the new home building industry
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage sales and marketing expenses
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
- Excellent research skills to gather market insights and identify target audiences
- Knowledge of advertising strategies and techniques to effectively promote homes
- Understanding of SEO principles to optimize online presence and visibility
