This position requires the ability to be versatile, organize information, be detail-oriented and anticipate the needs of others. In addition, you will liaise with other internal team members, communicate with external vendors and customers, follow-up on action items, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain and organize files, as well as prepare correspondence and other presentation materials.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work closely with executive team to keep them well informed of commitments and responsibilities, following-up where appropriate
- Provide excellent calendar management, making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including hotel, flight and car rental details
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes addressing customer needs, timely responses, and handling all inquiries they may have
- Set up project meeting invitations as needed and publish meeting agendas
- Liaise with internal team members such as IT or HR for employee related matters, such as onboarding new employees
- Communicate with internal team members regarding outstanding action items, required documentation, or project items
- Liaise with vendors, and customers to coordinate project submissions or feedback changes or material ordering
- Assist with project tracking
- Prepare, proof and format communication, reports and presentations
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information of confidentiality
- Miscellaneous administrative duties - assisting where required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
