As an HR Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to cultivate a workplace that empowers and inspires our talented workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters to ensure best practices and legal adherence.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to build a high-performing team.
- Champion employee relations efforts, and fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Drive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in HR processes.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and internal policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, CHRP, CHRL is preferred
- 2-5 years of proven experience in HR with expertise in Training and Development and Compensation and Benefits.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all departmental teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing HR processes and driving positive organizational outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of making data-driven decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
