**What we seek**:
The Project Manager, Land Development is responsible for supporting the master planning, design, due diligence, municipal approvals and implementation of land (re)development projects in accordance with OCH’s portfolio management strategy. The Project Manager provides expert advice, proposes solutions to business challenges and builds effective relationships with consultants and stakeholders that advance corporate objectives. The Project Manager leads and supports a wide range of land (re)development related activities, including demolitions, acquisitions and dispositions, public consultations, urban planning, civil engineering, environmental, approvals, surveying, research and industry partnerships.

**Project Manager, Land Development, some of the things you will do include**:
**Land Development**
- Manages and supports the full cycle of land (re)development activities during the pre-construction phase of projects, including urban planning, environmental assessments, demolition, civil engineering, landscaping, transportation and surveying
- Manages contracted services and contracts, including the effective and cost-efficient procurement of contracted services, monitoring performance, verifying deliverables, identifying and correcting deficiencies, resolving disputes and controlling project schedules and costs
- Undertakes research and analysis, identifies risks and opportunities, makes recommendations, and implements solutions
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders and executes strategies to influence and advance OCH projects and objectives
- Provides expert advice and serves as an in-house consultant related to land (re)development projects
- Prepares reports and presentations for a wide range of audiences in support of decision making
- Reviews and assesses plans, studies, drawings and reports and identifies and resolves issues
- Maintains up-to-date project records and files and produces status reports
- Works in alignment with OCH vision, mission, values, interests, plans and objectives
- Performs work in accordance with applicable health, safety and privacy legislation, policies and procedures, and other legislation, policies and procedures relevant to area of work

**External / Internal Relationships**
- Represents OCH in a professional manner and treats colleagues with respect and courtesy
- Participates in team meetings, workgroups, committees and initiatives as identified
- Works in collaboration with colleagues in a team approach to service delivery
- Promptly reports workplace accidents or incidents and unusual or dangerous work conditions
- Supports engagement with goods and service providers (e.g. consultants), including reviewing and processing proposals, deliverables, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, payment processing and related activities in accordance with executed contracts.
