Cpap/customer Service Representative

Provide great service, specific expertise and actionable advice to support Associate-Owners and their staff in delivering the best health, beauty and convenience services to Canadians.

You will assist in the development of our CPAP program and clinical setups. You will promote sales and /or rental of medical equipment and services. Providing orientation and training on related equipment to clients, coworkers and clinicians will be a vital component of this position. Duties may include participating in seminars/meetings and ensuring that patient care standards and best practices are consistently met.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- You will be responsible for expanding awareness of Wellwise by Shoppers.
- Develop and maintain contact with patients to promote sales of the company’s products; provide information on new or existing products and services; demonstrations and prepare quotations and make presentations as deemed appropriate by the company
- Attend workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current.
- Prepare reports on calls and activities.
- Promote the company’s products and services and provide information to interested parties.
- Be accountable for promoting the sale of equipment and services through personalized and professional advice, information, and consultation to individuals.
- Be accountable for all stock equipment that is on loan and for the maintenance and security of equipment used.
- Proactively engage with clients to achieve therapy compliance
- Maintain on-going communication to obtain financial approvals with various funding and government agencies.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as required in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Possesses well developed Customer Service Representative skills and depth of capability in several areas based on each stores’ needs
- Basic Knowledge in PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Web-interface)
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner
- Demonstrates CORE Values and can make connections, build trust and be authentic
- Holds a high school graduate degree
- Basic knowledge in all categories and vendor training in: Diagnostic & Therapy, Daily Living Supplies, Mobility, Supports & Braces, Incontinence, Sleep, CPAP/Respiratory (depending on location)
- Basic knowledge in Customer Relations Management program
- Compression (Sigvaris) Training - offsite
- First Aid Training - offsite and if applicable
- AODA
- 0 - 2 relevant experiences (retail preferred)
