Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant AIMCo team. If you're a people person with an eye for talent and love the thrill of matching the right person to the right job, then we're looking for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with AIMCo Business Partners and key internal leaders to understand the workforce plan and develop proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand role requirements, identify potential challenges and develop effective talent strategies.
- Develop and implement talent strategies that attract, hire and retain a diverse workforce.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and student groups to promote our company as an Employer of Choice.
- Represent AIMCo at career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruiting events.
- Coordinate and lead interviews with hiring managers.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in campus recruiting.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of five years experience recruiting top talent
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be talking to a lot of people
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities. There's never a dull moment in recruitment
- Experience with various interview formats. Think phone, Teams, structured, panel interviews... you name it, you've done it
- Knowledge of Workday is a must. Bonus points if you can teach us a thing or two
