**Salary**: $2,345.14 to $3,076.28 bi-weekly ($61,208 - $80,291/year)

The Strategy and Operations branch within DDD is accountable for the frameworks and processes to implement and scale digital service transformation. The branch leads the development of digital services standards and governance and strengthening partnerships between government and external communities.

**Role Responsibilities**:
The Junior Portfolio Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Portfolio.

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Assisting the Portfolio Analyst and Senior Portfolio Analyst ensure data entered meets the standards and follows the integrated service prioritization process.
- Working with relevant internal stakeholders to provide feedback on the submission of proposals.
- Providing feedback on the assessment/prioritization/escalation processes.
- Participating in weekly portfolio meetings and escalating issues, as required (funding issues, resourcing issues, etc.).
- Supporting users effectively and efficiently, and recommending value added proposals.
- Supporting the portfolio to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Using a variety of social media tools and dashboards to share information on products and the progress of digital services being delivered.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- University degree in a related field such as Commerce, Arts, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Communications with no related experience.
- Ability to assess and evaluate quality divisional data in a consolidated toolset.
- Experience maintaining working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to weigh multiple needs to maximize results.

**Equivalencies**:
Directly related education or experience considered based on:

- Related two-year diploma and a minimum of two (2) years related experience.
- Related one-year certificate and a minimum of three (3) years related experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years related experience.

**Assets**:

- General knowledge of user centered digital delivery, agile delivery approaches, agile methodologies, preferably in or for a public sector organization.
- Familiarity with agile product management tools.
- Familiarity of portfolio and program management methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Minimum recruitment standards outline the minimum education and experience required for appointment to a job classification.
