**_Job Duties_**
- Assist schools in ensuring accurate PASI reporting.
- Write, edit and maintain training documentation, such as checklists, set-up guides, and FAQ.
- Provide advanced support for site administrators, including training and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical knowledge through a range of professional development activities.
- Work on special projects as needed; other related duties as assigned.
- Provide internal training to support and service team members.
- Maintain security to ensure appropriate access is maintained in accordance with Division policies and guidelines.

**_Qualifications_**
- Knowledge of utilization and purposes of student information systems; database structure and database verification methods.
- Knowledge of the educational environment and its unique requirements.
- Knowledge of specific business processes, project management techniques; e-records management including FOIP Legislation; and system security standards.
- Strong working knowledge of Student Records and the Alberta Student regulations.
- Competent in the use of MS Office as well as software packages and systems for data reporting.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and awareness of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Knowledge of department and Division operations, business, goals, and objectives.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts/theories.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Customer service focused attitude and the ability to conduct needs assessment of non-technical users.
- Ability to work in collaboration with others.
