**Who are we looking for**

Operations Administrator, with 3-5 years’ experience is responsible for the day-to-day operational administration of our Quebec City facility involving client reception, logistics, scheduling, purchasing, billing and environmental compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Travailler avec les opérations pour planifier les rendez-vous des clients dans l'établissement et coordonner les changements/exceptions et autres notifications requises.
- Documenter et conserver les registres de réception/expédition des déchets tout en garantissant l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude de toutes les entrées créées - c'est-à-dire les manifestes de déchets, les connaissements et les bons de travail.
- Suivre le MTO/TDG/MOE ou les réglementations provinciales applicables en ce qui concerne le transport, la réception et la gestion des déchets.
- Assurez-vous que tous les documents internes et réglementés sont remplis correctement et organisés - y compris les analyses de laboratoire, les bons de travail, les BOL, les manifestes, les journaux des conducteurs, les évaluations des dangers, etc. et complétés quotidiennement.
- Préparer les bons de travail en fonction des demandes de service confirmées et compléter les factures après l'exécution des travaux et l'acceptation des matériaux avec une grande attention aux détails et à l'exactitude.
- Responsable des demandes générales des clients/installations et diriger vers les autres parties appropriées.
- Créez et gérez des comptes clients, des profils de classification des déchets et de tarification au sein de notre système CRM exclusif.
- Préparer le réacheminement des déchets et d'autres rapports pour les clients et la direction sur demande.
- Administration générale du bureau, y compris le stockage/classement électronique et papier.
- Aider à l’approvisionnement et aux achats selon les besoins.
- Gardez une trace de la qualité, de la quantité, des niveaux de stock, des délais de livraison, des coûts de transport et de l'efficacité
- Organiser l'entrepôt, cataloguer les marchandises, planifier les itinéraires et traiter les expéditions
- Maintenir les mesures et analyser les données pour évaluer les performances et mettre en œuvre des améliorations
- Se conformer aux lois, réglementations et exigences ISO
- Work with operations to schedule in client appointments into the facility and coordinate changes/exceptions and other required notifications.
- Document and maintain waste receipt/shipment records while ensuring the completeness, accuracy of all entries created - i.e. Waste Manifests, Bills of Lading, and work orders
- Follow MTO/TDG/MOE or applicable provincial regulations with regards to the transportation, receiving and management of waste.
- Ensure all internal and regulated documents are completed correctly and organized - including lab analytical, work orders, BOLs, manifests, driver logs, hazard assessments, etc. and completed daily.
- Prepare work orders based on confirmed service requests and complete billings following job execution and material acceptance with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for general customer/facility inquiries and direct to other appropriate parties.
- Create and maintain customer accounts, waste classification and pricing profiles within our proprietary CRM system.
- Prepare waste diversion and other reports for customers and management upon request.
- General office administration including electronic and paper-based storage/filing.
- Assist with procurement and purchasing as required.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
