HCI provides B2B tech marketing and public relations services, from defining target buyers and creating lead-generation campaigns to developing content and securing press interviews for our clients. As a virtual agency, we work remotely across multiple time zones and languages, within a structure where the needs of clients and staff alike are understood and cared for.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients in the B2B tech sector
- Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns that complement client objectives
- Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
- Optimize landing pages to align with target keywords
- Draft ads and landing pages
- Continuously monitor actual search terms and add negative keywords as needed
- Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
- Research and identify target keywords for the campaigns and ad groups to fit clients’ goals and budgets
- Analyze client and competitors’ existing Google Ads campaigns and mine for keywords and opportunities
- Analyze organic keyword performance to understand what keywords need to be paid vs. organic ranking
- Maximize use of research, tools, and dashboards to track performance over time, draft and present detailed monthly reports, analyze results to identify patterns and trends, demonstrate ROI, and achieve KPIs

- You have Google Ads certification (an asset)

- You have wisdom, integrity, discretion, and a high respect for confidentiality
- You recognize the importance of tracking and reporting your time consistently
- You have a degree in digital marketing or a related business field (an asset)

**Your Skills**:

- Analytical: You analyze and make strategic recommendations based on data and industry knowledge. You use marketing analytics and other forms of external feedback to ensure continuous improvement. If we need an upgraded tool/subscription to better service our clients, you proactively identify that need.
- Plan development and execution: You develop and lead the execution of Google Ads campaigns
- Strategic: You work closely with your clients’ internal teams, know their business goals, and have a strategy and timeline for meeting goals with targeted, measurable initiatives
- Flexible: You meet clients where their needs and capabilities are, flexibly managing plans to achieve goals and priorities, working within their unique parameters
- Buyer-focused: You develop campaigns and messaging that strategically and effectively target audiences to move them through the buying journey
- Time-efficient: You manage your time effectively, make the most of your time allocation for each client, and respect the time/budget you’re given

- Technically astute: You have ongoing and recent hands-on experience with digital marketing tools

**Tool knowledge**
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and network file systems such as SharePoint)
