Located in Barrie and reporting to the Director, International Education and Development the incumbent is responsible for Georgian’s international agency network which represents a significant number of agents. The incumbent is the main liaison between agencies/agents and the college, and administers agent recruitment referrals, contractual agreements and renewals, onboarding and training, and agent relations and communications. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
**Administering the Georgian’s international agent network by**:

- Maintaining relationships with the international agent network, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to ensure Georgian is competitive in the market and meets all Georgian branding requirements
- Completing due diligence on new and renewing agent contracts, including validating corporate documentation for existing and new agencies/agents to confirm legal background, checking references within the region to analyze previous relationships between prospects and other institutions, forecast agency/agent’s performance, and identify if the criteria of eligibility for agreements are met
- Administrating agency/agent contracts in alignment with the conditions agreed with the recruitment team. This process includes drafting, sending and storing agent agreements
- Assessing KPIs and determining eligibility recommendation to continue existing agency/agent relations. This includes data analysis of students referred by intake, conversion ratio, quality of students submitted (permanency at the institution and behaviour within the student code of conduct), among others
- Acting as first point of contact to resolve agent discrepancies on various matters, such as, commission hold-back/deductions, potential breach of contract, and other related opportunities
- Generating and analyzing reports from various systems (e.g. Cohort Go, Banner and OCAS, etc.) to provide performance, cost/benefit analysis (support given to agents against conversion ratio), and trend reports on different markets (countries) to the Recruitment Team, suggesting courses of action and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing agent communications in alignment with Georgian’s recruitment and strategic plans (i.e. developing / drafting communications, maintaining communication channels, etc.)
- Developing and/or updating standard agent management documentation and processes (e.g. procedures, agreement templates, forms, etc.)
- Managing the agent database in Cohort Go and OCAS IAS which includes:

- Ensuring appropriate access is given/maintained for agents
- Updating changes related to banking information, corporate information, contact information, and contractual information
- Tracking status of agreements, KPIs including return on investments, student enrollment, and commission payments
- Storing backup documentation
- Validating documentation and connection between students and agents according to the current policies in place
- Coordinating with the Office of the Registrar and the International Planning Officer to add student updates to Banner and OCAS when applicable

**Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of Cohort Go as the CRM for agent management and payment services by**:

- Maintaining agent data in the CohortGO system and other sources of information
- Importing corporate, contact, banking and contractual information
- Participating and providing feedback with the development team of Cohort Go, in order to improve the services contracted, add new features and customize the product to meet the needs of the department and agents

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Successfully completed a three-year postsecondary diploma / degree in a relevant field of study that may include but is not limited to Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Three years' experience working with international recruitment agencies and/or managing a large partner portfolio.
- Three years' experience in a contract administration position.
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with clients or service providers with multicultural backgrounds.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) and Information Systems (IS), such as PeopleSoft or Banner.
- Computer and process proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
