**The Role and Key Responsibilities**

Training will be provided on existing BTTC observation tools.
- Observe participant behaviour during tasks in a group setting.
- Record data using pre-determined methods and tools.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Provide feedback on observations and data collection in a 1:1 and group setting.
- Analyse and identify trends from a variety of behavioural data sources.
- Contribute to the development of protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and participants.
- Maintain participant confidentiality and privacy.

**Essential**
- Experience in research or observation of behaviour in group settings.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Additional Desirable Criteria**
- An interest in behavioural transformation

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field.
