Renewed Family Services Inc. is a company that provides individuals with disabilities the support they need to reach their potential. We provide individuals with needed support through our various programs including our ABA and IBI therapy program. In our ABA therapy program we provide services to children, youth and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities to build on their socially significant behaviours while reducing maladaptive behaviours. We assist individuals with developing their communication, life skills, academics as well as assist them with shaping behaviour to reduce and/ or remove behaviours that may impact and impede on their development.

We are looking for individuals who feel they are called to make a difference and impact in the lives of others and are passionate about leaving a positive impact on the world. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will be shaping other individual’s futures for the better by supporting them in developing skills based on their individual needs. This can include but is not limited to: self-help skills, academic skills, fine motor and gross motor skills, social skills, play skills etc.

Behaviour Analyst Responsibilities:

- Operate as a Senior Behaviour Therapist
- Conduct assessments as directed by the Company
- Conduct supervisions
- Development and implementation of behaviour intervention plans and teaching programs for children, youth and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities monitoring and adjusting as needed to ensure optimum treatment
- Conduct workshops, webinars, presentations as needed
- Summarize and interpret ABA and/or IBI session data
- Complete and maintain clinical records according to BACB professional compliance code
- Conduct parent meetings and regularly provide updates on treatment goals and strategies
- Train therapists on the implementation of teaching programs and behaviour intervention plans
- Conduct supervisions and team meetings as needed
- Provide parent coaching as necessary
- Administer curriculum based, preference, functional and other ABA assessments and analyses as needed

Behaviour Analyst Requirements:

- Master's degree in Applied Disability Studies, Psychology or related field;
- 3+ years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention for clients with disabilities;
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Experience writing behaviour programs is required
- OAP provider list is an asset
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments (ie. ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP)
- Knowledge of the special education system is an asset.
- Strong oral and communication skills
- BCBA certification is an asset

Hybrid work location
- Mixture of remote and in person work

**Job Type**: Part-time
