**About the role**
**À propos du poste**
Nous cherchons des **Agents, soutien administratif à l'indemnisation**, pour un **mandat temporaire** d'une durée de 4** mois** au sein de notre équipe grandissante
Ce poste est disponible dans nos bureaux de **Montréal**, **Laval, St-Hyacinthe** ou **Québec**.
**Horaires temps partiel**:minimum 14h/semaine. La moitié de votre disponibilité doit être de jour. Donc un quart de minimum 7h de jour sera demandé. Prenez note qu'il n'y a pas de disponibilité pour travailler le week-end.
**Contrat temporaire**: septembre 2024 à janvier 2025
**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:
Vous serez responsable de fournir une assistance administrative et un service à la clientèle de première ligne de qualité dans le règlement des réclamations d'assurance.
- Préparer des formulaires et de la correspondance à l’intention des clients d’assurance, des fournisseurs et des représentants légaux.
- Gérer le stockage des fichiers et le processus de récupération pour les fichiers fermés.
- Fournir divers soutiens administratifs.
- Traiter, coordonner, trier et distribuer la correspondance entrante.
- Identifier les améliorations apportées aux processus de gestion.
- Participer à l'obtention des informations nécessaires afin que l'expert en sinistre puisse compléter l'enquête.
- Faire des suivis dans les dossiers de réclamation
**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:
- ** Être actuellement étudiant en assurance de dommages**:
- Capacité d’effectuer ses tâches de manière constante à un niveau supérieur en ce qui concerne l’exactitude et le volume de travail effectué.
- Compétences en communication efficaces en mettant l’accent sur le service à la clientèle.
- Bonne maîtrise du français écrit et parlé
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
