**About the role**

Vous aimeriez être **Expert en sinistre habitation / biens**, mais vous n’avez pas votre permis d’expert en sinistre. Pas de problème, nous allons vous former

**Si vous souhaitez être expert en sinistre habitation vous devez avoir de l'expérience dans les domaines suivants: inspection en bâtiment, estimation, restauration après sinistre et construction.**

Lieux de travail : Montréal (2020, boul. Robert-Bourassa), Laval, Québec (5700 boul. des Galeries) ou Saint-Hyacinthe (2450 rue Girouard Ouest).

Horaire de travail : 8h à 17h, du lundi au vendredi (35 heures/semaine)

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Recueillir la version des faits des assurés ou des témoins en les interrogeant sur les événements.
- Déterminer si le sinistre est couvert ou non en faisant l'analyse des garanties requises pour couvrir le sinistre.
- Analyser les renseignements obtenus, prendre les décisions qui serviront à établir la responsabilité et examiner l'évaluation des dommages.
- Procéder au règlement du sinistre de façon juste et équitable, valider les dommages et effectuer les paiements.
- Au besoin, ouvrir les nouvelles réclamations au téléphone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immédiate de la situation.

**Ce qu'il vous faut**:

- Motivation à aller dans le domaine de l'indemnisation;
- Expérience pertinente au poste (connaissance en mécanique du bâtiment);
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps;
- Habiletés à travailler avec des systèmes informatiques;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.
- Bilinguisme Français/Anglais ; Nécessite de répondre aux appels et de fournir une prestation de services à une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.

**Ce qu'on recherche**:
Afin d’obtenir votre permis d’expert en sinistre, voici ce que vous devez avoir:

- Minimum une Diplôme d’étude collégial **OU** **3 ans** d’expérience temps plein _transférable _**ET** un DES / DEP (au moins 60 unités) /certificat d’équivalence d’études secondaires (CEES) / attestation d’équivalence de niveau de cinquième année du secondaire.
- Excellent service à la clientèle qui vous permettra de rassurer et d’accompagner le client avec empathie tout au long de la réclamation.
- Sens de l’analyse qui vous permettra d’utiliser votre logique et votre jugement dans l’évaluation de vos dossiers de réclamation.
- À l'aise de naviguer dans différents systèmes informatiques pour accomplir vos tâches.
- Capacité à vous adapter au changement dans un environnement de travail en constante évolution.
- Capable d’interagir autant avec la clientèle francophone qu’anglophone au quotidien. Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.

**Formation**:

- Votre formation rémunérée, à temps plein, vous permettra de découvrir concrètement le domaine de l’assurance et la culture d'Intact.
- Vous serez rémunéré, encadré et soutenu au cours de votre préparation aux examens afin d’obtenir votre permis d’expert en sinistre.
