Disability Administrator I

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Disability Administrator to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and attach images to the correct requester in Navigator
- Process expense reimbursements as indicated on invoices
- Establish absence management solutions for different contracts
- Search for unidentified images
- Return original documents at the request of case managers
- Process any requests to delete, move, or search images
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively report any concerns to management that need to be escalated
- Manage other duties and functions as assigned by the associate manager.
- Enter data, including claim forms and claims payment system - Navigator
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Bilingual (French and English) - fluent read/write/speak French
- Strong computer skills and experience with Adobe (use to transform, format, documents) and Microsoft Office suite. Role requires the individual to work on several systems simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (very important)
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with software to attach images
- Familiarity with various scanning equipment and software and proficiency in rapid typing
