Employing over 3600 employees at our three facilities, Michelin is seeking **Reliability Maintainers (electrical/electronics/instrumentation/electro-mechanical/industrial mechanical) **to join our teams in Bridgewater and Waterville, Granton is not currently hiring.

**Reliability Maintainers are responsible for**:

- Assuring machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within their area of responsibility;
- Effective and efficient performance of interventions, including accurate documentation; and
- Providing technical support to production operations and participating on high performance teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- Successful prior completion of a technical program;
- Dedication to working safely;
- Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
- Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems; and
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $31.51-$33.21 per hour
