**Job Summary**

**Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Communicate with sub-contractors & handle tracking of domestic & imported deliveries.
- Coordinate and follow up between overseas factories, carriers, customers, etc. to make sure timely processes are followed. Also update relevant parties of shipment status.
- Arrange pick up & delivery with carriers for domestic inventory.
- Procure freight rates.
- Update & maintain ocean & road transport related activities.
- Manage and process electronic/manual shipping documents.
- Coordinate with the Operations team & PD’s for collaborative approach towards customer deliveries.
- Manage freight claims and product returns.
- Required to do root cause analysis of any carrier or delivery issues
- Complete daily & weekly reports. (Inbound, outbound, & backorder reporting)
- Process logistics expense claims & invoices.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and reduce cost within the logistics process.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in freight shipping & receiving.
- Logistics background.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of internal computer systems, Microsoft office.
- Work Environment: Office Environment, may have to be in warehouse at times.
- Travel: Rarely, Domestic
