**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Utilize Abeldent to manage financial records and generate reports
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Communicate effectively with internal staff as well as external clients or vendors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Abeldent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance when necessary

**Hours**:
Monday and Thursday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday and Wednesday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday
- 7:00am to 1:00pm

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
