**About Tech Stewardship**:
The concept and related assets (like the Tech Stewardship Practice Program) have been co-created by a diverse group of leaders and organizations as "shared infrastructure" to support the broader movement that is seeking to bend the arc of technology and innovation towards good. (e.g. Tech For Good, Responsible Tech, Public Interest Tech, Humane Tech, Responsible Innovation, Critical Design, etc.).

The initiative is powered by MaRS.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tech Stewardship, the Coordinator, Tech Stewardship will provide support to the Tech Stewardship team. This role will provide logístical and administrative support for existing Tech Stewardship programming and initiatives, and operational functions as new processes are developed and implemented. The Coordinator's key responsibilities will include day-to-day administration such as student support, reporting and data management, meeting coordination and support, program support, invoicing, and internal projects.

**This is a 9-month contract.**

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Provide ongoing operations and process support for the Tech Stewardship programs, which includes supporting drop-in sessions, corresponding with students, issuing micro-credentials, compiling reporting data, updating and sending newsletters, software platform editing and maintenance
- Support knowledge management system & data administration ie: maintaining organized and consistent data across multiple projects to provide ease of access, transparency and straightforward reporting.
- Help with the creation of reports and dashboards based on learner data
- Managing Tech Stewardship invoices and payments

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience providing administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, and high-volume environment
- Strong interest in and knowledge of tech ethics and AI, an asset
- Fluency in English and French; applicants must demonstrate oral and written proficiency in both languages to be eligible for this opportunity
- Strong capabilities in G-Suite as well as MS Office
- particularly Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and detail orientation to handle fast-paced environment
- Good relationship management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Curiosity, ability to learn quickly and be proactive

**Salary Range**:$40,600** - **$50,000, benefits, and paid time-off.
