**Responsibilities**
- Ensures a constant support to the business partners and the labour relations consultants in the various spheres of Human Resources management;
- Coordinates all the necessary follow-ups related to the team activities including but not limited to litigation files and the preparation of investigative and grievance related files;
- Accompany managers on front line files while constantly monitoring the status of the files;
- Collaborates on various optimization and tool development projects for the team and managers;
- Takes on the responsibility for all follow-ups arising from deadlines, committees and documentation for various management files;
- Provides support to the Human Resources Director as needed;
- Participate in the various projects within the Human Resources team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or Human Resources;
- 3 to 5 years of experience related to a position in a unionized environment (an asset);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Teamwork and collaborative approach;
- Strong focus on constant collaboration in a partnership context;
- Rigorous and results oriented;
- Ability to handle several files at the same time;
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written) *A written French test will be administered as part of the recruitment process;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office software.
