**Sales Manager**

**What’s the role?**
- Develop and pursue new, high-volume customers
- Use your business development skills, creativity, and network to define and develop new markets
- Mentor (and learn from) our experienced Aurora customer service team
- Spend time getting to know our clients and learn how we can serve them better

**What would make you successful?**
- You have proven experience in a similar role where you were successful in growing sales and are gifted at finding underdeveloped opportunities
- You are energetic and have a passion for building a business
- You are looking for a position where you can use your people and negotiating skills to make a difference
- You likely have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related school of hard knocks
- You have a developed and robust network within Alberta
- You have a deep sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its’ impact on the success of the business
- You have all the software skills necessary for a sales and marketing role including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Quickbooks
- You are up for (and available) for travel as required

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
