Royal LePage Atlantic is seeking a dynamic, ambitious professional to join their team as a Manager of Deal Processing. We are seeking a self-motivated, success driven individual that is responsible for the organization's overall transaction processing and adherence to regulatory standards as well as managing a team of talented deal processing administrators. This individual should have a natural inclination to get the job done and be keen on driving their part of the business for continuous improvement and refinement.

The Manager of Deal Processing is responsible for excellent customer service and reliable, timely and accurate information to various stakeholders of the business. This position also requires the individual to provide leadership to the deal processing team-- a unique blend of day to day responsibilities and also leadership of the business.

**Responsibilities**

Examples of specific duties include (but are not limited to):

- Daily Trust Account reconciliations and procedures
- Monthly and adhoc reports for agents
- Other responsibilities to support the Controller/ Finance Department
- Create annual budget and adherence for the deal processing team
- Oversight of administrative staff responsible for transaction management
- Oversight of activities related to trust accounts
- When required, support for trust audits and franchise audits
- All staffing recommendations for the deal processing team
- Responsible for developing Weekly, Quarterly and Annual targets and activities of the deal processing team
- Responsible for conducting weekly departmental meetings (Level 10 meetings) with deal processing team
- Quarterly and annual reviews of deal processing team

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience, in a related role
- Strong work ethic with personal drive for organizational success
- Must possess excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.

**Salary**: To be determined based on experience

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
