**Component Delivery Manager - Peterborough, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)**

**About the Opportunity**

**What will you do?**

Your day to day:

- Managing delivery of project manufacturing activities and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products within cost and schedule commitments
- Accountability for project team’s performance with respect to project cost and schedule commitments
- Initiate and lead appropriate escalations related to any project health concerns
- Responsibility for planning and reporting processes related to project delivery (e.g. schedule updates, resource forecast, etc)
- Communicate project status to internal WEC stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing operations that focus on productivity, cost improvement and/or streamlining planning and execution activities.
- Work closely with leaders of the various functional departments to ensure adequate resources are allocated to projects as needed.

**What will you bring?**

Who you are:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry (manufacturing, engineering, or construction)
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience (preferably leadership of cross-functional teams)
- Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant technical field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Able to quickly manage changing priorities, assess multiple solutions to establish the most effective path forward and adapt project activities to respond

Preferred:

- PMP certification
- P.Eng. in relevant field
- Proficiency in P6 (or similar scheduling software) is a strong asset
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP software) is a strong asset
