**Job Description: Branch Manager (Full-time)**

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for client communication, project budget and timelines. From quoting to final project closeout, you will work with our dedicated engineering team to provide client solutions. The opportunity to take a project through all life cycles of the project is something our Branch Managers pride themselves on.

Upon hiring, this role will be trained in Brantford Ontario for up to two weeks on the ERP system and position responsibilities.

**Roles, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators**:
At Opcode Systems we use an ERP system for streamlining data and reports. Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset. In this role you will be tasked with the following main duties:

- Project management duties such as generating reports and updating clients on progress. Including, but not limited to, managing scope, project schedules, procurement (shipping and receiving), vendor engagement and client communication.
- Planning of project resources to assist in company loading and smooth delivery of project
- Logistics support for ongoing projects to ensure smooth receipt and delivery of components generated by the engineering team via Bills of Material through the ERP system
- Budget tracking such as, but not limited to, milestone invoicing and cashflow estimates. This includes direct correspondence and updates with the Sr Management team
- Supervision of existing staff, onboarding of new staff and advisement for recruitment requirements based on project loading and quote pipelines.

**Essential Skills & Experience**

**Experience Required**
- 4+ Years North American project management
- 3+ Controls systems design, programming or commissioning experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excell and Powerpoint
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone or in groups
- Located within 45 minutes of our office (Otonabee, Ontario)
- Account management experience
- Supervisory role experience
- Proficiency with Allen-Bradley hardware product lines
- Ability to Travel to US up to 1 week at a time

**Education (one of)**
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Controls Engineering
- Degree in business management
- PMP designation

- Wear protective gear, including safety shoes, glasses, vests, and masks as required
