**About the Position**:
In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice and strategy behind our digital marketing efforts. Working closely with the team, you’ll help craft compelling copy and gather engaging creatives for ad campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional ad copy, launching optimized ads, and creating ad models that drive a consistent flow of customers to our store. This role involves managing ads across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring that each campaign aligns with our brand’s goals and reaches the right audience.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Creating & Managing Ad Campaigns**: Launch and optimize ads across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each campaign aligns with our brand’s objectives and reaches the target audience.
- **Audience Targeting & Funnel Management**: Analyze customer behavior and create marketing funnels that capture new audiences, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal customers.
- **Performance Analysis & Budget Management**: Monitor ad performance and key metrics, such as ROAS and CTR, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign outcomes. Make recommendations for budget increases or decreases based on performance data.
**Experience, Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Minimum 3 Years of Experience**: Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on achieving strong ROAS and customer engagement.
- **Knowledge of Streetwear and Apparel**: A strong understanding of streetwear, vintage fashion, and apparel trends is essential, allowing you to craft ads and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- **Platform Expertise**: Experience running ads on Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, other platforms like Snapchat and Pinterest is a plus.
- **E-commerce Background**: Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is highly desirable, allowing you to understand the nuances of driving online sales and creating engaging digital content.
- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinking**: Strong copywriting skills and a knack for developing engaging content that drives conversions, along with the ability to strategize marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- **Adaptability & Willingness to Learn**: Open to new marketing strategies, trends, and platforms, always looking to innovate and improve campaign performance.

**Salary & Pay**:
A base hourly wage + a percentage of revenue generated from ads.
