- Assist clients with product information and pricing.
- Keep our client CRM up to date and correctly filled in.
- Assist our plumbing technicians with schedule changes and bookings.
- Collate company stats for management review

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. (clear and concise speaking voice)
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- English is a must
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intuitive and thinks on your feet

Please note, we do have office cats who will sit near you and sometimes on you
- this is one of the things that our team enjoy coming to work for :)

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
