Accounting Clerk/administrative Assistant

Company seeks experienced accounting clerk/admin assistant on a full time basis for a contract of 12 months.
Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
Duties include:
- General bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing
- Answering telephones
- Other general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Quickbooks
- MS Office including working knowledge of Excel
- Post secondary education preferably in the accounting / bookkeeping field
- Must be eligible to work in Canada, possess SIN#
- Excellent organizational skills
