**How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team**:

- Create customer invoices for specific service level agreements.
- Maintain detailed understanding of invoicing requirements for all service level agreements, planning, permit and solicitor realtor inquiry fees, and internal project transactions.
- Maintain working knowledge of revenue general ledger codes.
- Process customer invoice payment receipts.
- Process non-invoice receipts - cheques, electronic fund transfers and credit card receipts - as per the TRCA Planning and Permitting fee schedules.
- Maintain control over outstanding invoices including following up on overdue accounts.
- Follow up on discrepancies and unusual items.
- Maintain up-to-date departmental invoice and budget tracking sheets.
- Ensures accurate tracking of staff time tracking, invoices and expenses.
- Liaise with Senior Budget Coordinator as requested to provide input into quarterly variance reports and required journal entries.
- Maintain up-to-date budget information and service level agreements.
- Manage updates to the project management tracking templates as needed for both service level agreement and fee-based tracking.
- Respond to accounts receivable and other accounting inquires as required by internal and external parties.
- Assist staff in coordinating reporting deadlines to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project related expenses.

**What will you need to succeed**:
Education (degree/diploma/certifications)
- 2-3-year Post Secondary in Business or Commerce

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience

Knowledge/Skill/Ability
- Knowledge of financial systems, management controls, processes and tools
- Compliance with internal and external regulations regarding transactional services
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compliance with regulations regarding transactional services
- Proven time management skills
- Computer literacy
