**What We Need**

As a **Marketing Technology Specialist** GPS Insight is seeking a results-driven Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Technology Specialist will play a pivotal role in administering and optimizing our marketing technology stack, prioritizing Salesforce and HubSpot. This position requires a proven track record in system administration, automation, data management, and project management particularly in data normalization and cleaning.

**What You'll Do**
- Marketing Technology Administration: Administer, configure, and optimize our marketing technology stack
- Automation: Design, build, and maintain automation workflows within Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline marketing processes
- Data Normalization: Implement data normalization practices and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Data Cleaning: Identify and resolve data quality issues through systematic data cleaning and maintenance
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports to track key marketing metrics and performance indicators. Ability to extract tangible outcomes and action plans based on the reported data
- Web Development: Proficiency in web development and CMS management such as WordPress administration experience. Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc. is preferable
- Google Web Admin Ecosystem: Experience with the Google ecosystem, including Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads Administration etc. - Data Visualization: Preferred familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Salesforce reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer experience, product, and content marketing, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and results
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in Salesforce or HubSpot administration
- Proficiency in building automation workflows within marketing systems.
- Strong background in data normalization and cleaning
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Web development skills with coding languages like JavaScript, Python
- Experience with the Google ecosystem, including Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager
- Data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
