Each Platform Specialist takes on a portfolio that includes safety
- and productivity-enhancing technologies. Examples of these technologies include autonomous haul trucks, remote control heavy machinery, dynamic fleet assignment management, ore blending and surface management technologies, and driver fatigue management solutions.

**Job Description**:

- Lead the management of a product portfolio, developing expertise to deliver effective customer solutions, marketing strategies, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other team members to develop tailored solutions, including comprehensive estimates.
- Build strong relationships with Caterpillar representatives and Finning partners to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
- Conduct detailed analysis to ensure compatibility of solutions with customer equipment and site requirements.
- Engage with Finning customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Travel to customer sites to promote solution adoption, measure success, and provide support.
- Perform gap analyses and equipment assessments to identify appropriate solutions and evaluate post-implementation results.
- Develop content for internal and external audiences, including whitepapers, presentations, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with Technology Field technicians at Finning branches and customer locations to support physical installs.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field which may include Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
- At least three years of experience working in a mining, construction, or technology-related field.
- Experience working directly with customers, preferably business customers.
- Fluency in English language required; proficiency or fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
- Project management and change management experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with IP Networks, wireless networks, SCADA networks, and GPS/GNSS Systems is an asset but not mandatory.
