**Upper James** **Toyota is Seeking a Full-Time Delivery Specialist for a one year contract.**

As the Delivery Specialist you are an integral part of the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Sales Department and our clients.

- $17.50 per hour plus commission and bonus

Role and Responsibilities:

- Facilitate preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers in support of the sales team
- Ensure the customer understands all of the vehicles operating features, guides and introduce online resources
- Ensure all sales documentation and related financial paperwork are prepared and completed before pick up
- Handle Customer queries and concerns as relates to the delivery
- Introduce customer to the service department
- Enter client contact information into our database and ensure accuracy of this information.

Qualifications:

- Completion of High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Valid Class G License with clean abstract
- OMVIC license or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail
- Personable and professional demeanor with the desire to exceed expectations.
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Tidy, business casual attire.
