**Assembleur/Assembleuse mécanique**

Le rôle de l’assembleur/assembleuse mécanique est d’assembler des pièces préfabriquées afin de produire les équipements. L’assembleur/assembleuse mécanique fait partie de l’équipe de production et relève du Superviseur de Production.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Effectuer des sous-assemblages de pièces utilisées pour la chaîne de production;
- Assembler les pièces préfabriquées au poste de travail en utilisant différents outils;
- Effectuer des réparations mineures et des modifications sur les produits non standards;
- Assembler les tuyaux de drainage;
- Mettre en place l’espace de travail avec le matériel, les fournitures et les outils nécessaires pour l’assemblage;
- Entretenir l’inventaire des matériaux utilisés dans l’espace de travail;
- Nettoyer et entretenir l’espace de travail;
- Aider les autres équipes à effectuer diverses tâches générales, si nécessaire.

**Qualifications requises**
- Compétences en lecture, écriture et mathématique de base (normalement acquises au secondaire);
- Expérience avec des outils électriques à la main;
- Démontrer une capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
- Être axé sur le travail d'équipe et la qualité; être bien organisé et favorise les échanges d'idées;
- Être capable de lire et interpréter des dessins mécaniques;
- Habileté à utiliser la technologie dans l’environnement de travail;
- Habileté à soulever jusqu'à 20kg;
- Habiletés en communication en Français et/ou Anglais (parler, lire et écrire);
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr et signaler toute situation dangereuse;
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en assemblage mécanique constitue un atout.

**Conditions de travail**

L’Assembleur/Assembleuse mécanique fait partie de l’équipe de production, dans un environnement manufacturier standard. Le travail demande de soulever du matériel pouvant peser jusqu’à 20kg. Un équipement de sécurité est requis pour manipuler les outils et les machines (ex : lunettes de sécurité, coquilles, bouchons, bottes de sécurité, etc.). Les heures de travail sont de 7h00 à 15h15 ou 9h00 à 17h15, du lundi au vendredi (40 heures), avec possibilité d’heures supplémentaires.

**Mechanical Assembler**

The purpose of the Mechanical Assembler position is to assemble prefabricated parts to produce commercial appliances and equipment. The Mechanical Assembler works as part of the Production team. The Mechanical Assembler is reporting to the Production Supervisor.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Perform sub-assemblies of parts used for the production line;
- Assemble prefabricated parts at work stations using hand and power tools;
- Perform minor repairs and modifications to products which are not up to standard;
- Assemble drain pipes;
- Set up work area with materials, supplies and tools required
