**Assembleur/Assembleuse**
Le rôle de l’assembleur/assembleuse est d’assembler des pièces préfabriquées afin de produire les équipements. L’assembleur/assembleuse fait partie de l’équipe de production et relève du Superviseur de Production.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Assembler les pièces préfabriquées au poste de travail en utilisant différents outils;
- Effectuer des réparations mineures et des modifications sur les produits non standards;
- Effectuer le sous-assemblage des composantes ou les tests selon les processus;
- Mettre en place l’espace de travail avec le matériel, les fournitures et les outils nécessaires pour l’assemblage;
- Nettoyer et entretenir l’espace de travail;
- Entretenir l’inventaire des matériaux utilisés dans l’espace de travail.
- Fournir un soutien aux différents secteurs de la production, lorsque requis.
**Qualifications requises**
- Compétences en lecture, écriture et mathématique de base;
- Expérience avec des outils électriques à la main;
- Axé sur le travail d’équipe, organisé et partage des idées;
- Habileté à soulever jusqu'à 20kg;
- Habileté à utiliser la technologie dans l’environnement de travail;
- Habiletés en communication en Français et/ou Anglais (parler, lire et écrire);
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr et signaler toute situation dangereuse;
- Connaissance en lecture de schémas électriques afin de pouvoir installer correctement le filage et les composantes électriques constitue un atout;
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en assemblage électromécanique constitue un atout.
**Conditions de travail**
L’Assembleur fait partie de l’équipe de production, dans un environnement manufacturier standard. Le travail demande de soulever du matériel pouvant peser jusqu’à 20kg. Un équipement de sécurité est requis pour manipuler les outils et les machines (ex : lunettes de sécurité, coquilles, bouchons, bottes de sécurité, etc.). Les heures de travail sont de **7h00 à 15h15 ou 9h00 à 17h15**, du lundi au vendredi (40 heures), avec possibilité d’heures supplémentaires.

**Assembler**
The purpose of the Assembler position is to assemble prefabricated parts to produce commercial appliances and equipment. The Assembler works as part of the Production team. The Assembler is reporting to the Production Supervisor.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Assemble prefabricated parts at work stations using hand and power tools;
- Perform minor repairs and modifications to products which are not up to standard;
- Perform component or sub-assembly testing as required by process;
- Set up work area with materials, supplies and tools required for assembly;
- Clean and maintain work area;
- Maintain proper inventory of materials used in own area;
- Provide support to different areas in the Production Department as required.
