**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Product Development Associate to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for driving the evolution of our wellness platform, ensuring that we continue to deliver personalized, science-backed wellness solutions that meet the needs of our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product features that align with Genomii's vision and user needs.
- Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of product development projects, with a focus on innovation and user engagement.
- Assist in conducting market research and user feedback sessions to gather insights that inform product strategy and improvements.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Bioinformatics).
- Experience in product development, project management, or a similar role in a tech-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the wellness or healthcare industry, with a keen interest in genomics, personalized health, and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Passion for creating products that positively impact users' lives.
