**Seeking 1 Full-time Product Manager**
**BACKGROUND**:
We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for 1 full-time Product Development Associate position. All training will be provided on the job.
At Elumind, we provide state-of-the-art brain and mental health services to individuals in search of reaching the peak of their brains’ potential. **What You’ll be Responsible for as the Product Development Associate**:
- Technical support for current devices including monitoring, failure reporting, etc.
- Provide technical support and services in the design, development, testing, production, and operation of medical electrical devices.
- Help to develop products in the market, assisting in market launch strategies ensuring successful introduction and adoption, enhancing the product's competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and develop non-invasive devices for mental health disorders and improve people's performance.
- Utilize knowledge of electrical or Biomedical engineering principles to conceptualize and create innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in device design.
- Monitor the building and testing of prototypes for devices.
- Adhere to established standards and protocols during prototype development.
- Conduct thorough testing procedures to validate the performance and efficacy of prototypes.
- Assist in applied research related to the effectiveness and improvement of mental health devices.
- Conduct experiments and collect data under the guidance of senior scientists or engineers.
- Analyze experimental results to inform product development and optimization efforts.
- Write technical specifications, schedules, and reports related to current device development and testing.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and observations.
- Check equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Install, operate, and maintain mental health devices according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of devices and prevent malfunctions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in utilizing circuit design software such as Proteus, Altium Designer, or related programs for schematic capture, PCB (printed circuit board) layout, and simulation of electronic circuits.
- Ability to perform signal integrity analysis and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing for medical electronic systems, addressing potential issues related to noise, interference, and compatibility with other devices.
