**JOB POSTING: Supply Chain/Administrative**

We are a Canadian chain of pizzerias launched in 1982 in Sudbury, Ontario by the Toppazzini family. We are an award-winning franchise that will provide you with the tools to be successful. Our growth plan is to increase our reach in small towns across Ontario.
**The Role**:
This is a full-time position and the typical working hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Topper’s is currently working a hybrid model.
**Responsibilities**:
The Administrative role will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the office operations, including coordinating office supplies procurement and mail and security.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Barrie Office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filling systems and databases both physical and digital.
- Additional duties as assigned.
The Supply Chain role will be responsible for the following:
- Be the liaison with our distributor Gordon Food Services (GFS) to the first point of contact for any issues.
- Working with our food distributor GFS to monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices would be an asset.
