Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to take on the position of Talent & Culture Coordinator.

The Talent & Culture Coordinator works closely with organizational members and leadership on all administration and coordination activities in the Talent & Culture Department. The Talent & Culture Coordinator will assist with maintaining employee records and provide administrative support to all employees and team members.

This full-time hybrid position includes Health Benefits and a company match RRSP from day 1 of employment as well as opportunities for future growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance regarding company policies and procedures, performance management, change management, and other employment related requests.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records in the HRIS database.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process.
- Perform new hire orientations and update employee records of new staff.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to turnover and retention, headcount, recruitment, and other general HR activity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment standards and human rights requirements.
- Partner with team members to deliver value-added service to Leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Draft employment contracts for new hires, promotions and transfers and provide employment verifications for staff.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity in HRIS system through maintenance of employee files and records as required.
- Perform other special projects, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator.
- Bilingual French/English is required.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Taleo) an asset.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with an ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
- Highly effective communicator.
- Proficient using all MS Office products including Powerpoint, Excel and Visio as well as related business and communication tools.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
