As a Data Coordinator, you will be a key player in implementing data-driven programs and initiatives aimed at supporting sell-in with automotive retail partners. Under the guidance of the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will coordinate program-centric activities, create important data for product catalogues, booking programs, and kits. Your expertise in Excel will be instrumental as you generate essential data, ensuring the seamless execution of product marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with our product development, PMO and sales teams.

This Data Coordinator role is inherently data-driven within our marketing team. Your advanced Excel skills and proactive approach will contribute to bringing our catalogs and OEM partner programs to new heights.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Development** | 50%
- Generate and meticulously maintain essential data in Excel spreadsheets to develop Fastco corporate catalogs, OEM catalogs, and branded flyers for retail use.
- Collaborate with graphic design and product development teams to develop workback schedules for catalog production. Communicate workback schedules to key stakeholders using Wrike.
- Meticulously proof and review catalogues for print and digital distribution, prioritizing deadlines for optimal execution.
- Coordinate catalog mailing lists and distribution to retail partners with external vendors.

**Kit Creation** | 30%
- Generate wheel and tire packages via kit generator for OEM programs.
- Format and aggregate raw data to create OEM program templates.

**Booking Programs** | 20%
- Develop booking programs to drive product sell-in with retail partners.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop marketing assets for booking programs.
- Communicate booking programs to OEM partners and Fastco sales team.

**BEHAVIOUR RELATED TO FUNCTION**:

- Meticulous eye for proofreading technical data, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of catalog development and promotional materials.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task multiple projects based on business objectives and deadlines.
- Thrives in an environment that requires extended periods working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Proactive and able to take initiative to work autonomously.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College degree in Office Automation or Administration with a minimum of 3 years of experience data-driven role.
- Advanced Excel skills. (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sorting, conditional formatting).
- Experience and comfort working in SAP, ideally SAP Business ByDesign, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry with an understanding of wheel and tire fitment is an asset.

**CONDITIONS**:

- This hybrid position entails working three days per week from the office and two days per week remotely. Specifically, the on-site requirement is from Tuesday to Thursday at the Fastco Canada headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.
- This position may require occasional on-site support at automotive events, supporting the marketing team.
