We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive’s working and personal life.The role of a PA is to free an executive’s time from administrative duties.

Personal Assistant performs office administrative and personal tasks, such as running errands and making appointments.

Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and other people, personal assistants must also be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Hours: 9-2pm At Office And 2-5pm off office

**Your Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Carrying out clerical duties such as
- answering phone calls,
- and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos. schedule meetings and appointments
- Performing other relevant duties as needed.

- Picking Up and dropping children from school
- Personal calendar management
- Running personal errands (Managing reservations, travel planning, booking appointments, Grocery shopping... )
- Research (e.g. What are the best travel arrangements and their pricing? What are the best things to see on your trip to Italy?)

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 1 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Proficient in Written / Spoken English
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have a car and be organized, reliable and efficient
- Criminal background, vulnerable sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
