**Your Opportunity**:
The Allied Health Community Audiology Team is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Support III to provide admin support to our zone wide Audiology Team. This position will work out of the Audiology clinic at the Sturgeon Community Hospital and share admin duties with our other admin support position located at the Strathcona County Health Centre. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: scheduling and templating appointments in Connect Care, data collection, phone calls with follow up, agenda creation with minute taking, ordering supplies and resources, processing referrals, generating reports, records management as required, mailouts and a variety of general activities in support of the Audiology program. You should be able to address all incoming inquiries and provide accurate information - a customer-oriented approach is essential.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Proven work experience with a minimum of three years of experience as a program admin support, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and Outlook, Connect Care trained, hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers), solid written and verbal communication skills, minute taking skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, ability to collaborate and cooperate with others in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification from an administrative educational program. Minimum 2 years' experience working in Connect Care.
