Whether you are new to this world or are experienced, Virgo Group supports you throughout your journey.Reporting directly to CEO, the Financial Operations Management Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our cryptocurrency trading platform. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in financial operations management.**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee rebalancing and hedging activities with liquidity providers for global retail businesses.
- Assist in the settlement and reconciliation of cryptocurrency trades executed on our platform. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of trade records.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to cryptocurrency trading operations. Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work with the financial operations (fin-ops) team to handle fiat and crypto transactions and provide timely and accurate solutions to clients’ inquiries.
- Analyze and evaluate profit-making potential to support key business activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Represent the fin-ops team to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders on different transaction reviews and serve as the primary contact for issue resolution.
- Recommend process improvements to the CEO and/or the CFO to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in implementing and reviewing internal controls, including developing new controls as needed.
- Support year-end financial audits and various regulatory audits.
- Perform additional administrative duties as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development activities to deepen your understanding of cryptocurrency markets, financial operations management, and related technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance/Crypto/Operations.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent proficiency with Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to prioritize, organize and plan your workload.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to professional growth and development.
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and initiatives to drive organizational success.
- Willingness to be on call, with the ability to respond promptly to urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
- Relevant operation work experience in a financial institution or digital asset company is preferred.
