**Chinook Equipment** is in an exciting growth stage and looking for a **Territory Manager with experience in selling construction equipment **to add to our newly renovated branch in **NISKU, Alberta**. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for the sales and rentals of new and used equipment, more specifically with a focus on **Hyundai Construction Equipment**, within your assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Execute on selling new and used products, as well as services by developing new prospects and accounts
- Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and conduct sales presentations/demonstrations as required
- Successfully manage customer relationships and accounts to achieve sales goals
- Provide after-sale support and exceptional customer service
- Cultivate creative solutions for leasing, financing and rental purchase options
- You have a passion for heavy equipment and a strong background within **heavy equipment rentals or sales** with a proven track record
- You have a good understanding and connection within Edmonton and the surrounding area
- You possess strong **sales acumen **- your experience has allowed you to hold a proven track record of developing business and closing sales.
- You are **DRIVEN but also understand the industry requires you to be resilient **- you are motivated by exceeding targets and seeing results and have a strong sense of personal achievement
- Your superior **customer experience skills** are highly sought after - building quick rapport and turning connections into long-term sustainable relationships is a true talent of yours. Customers trust and look for YOU
- **Communication **is used as a strong tool - you have the ability to use tact, sensitivity, empathy and professionalism when interacting with customers and employees
